Welcome
I would like to welcome everyone to West Delaware Community Middle School. The Middle School campus includes grades 5-8 with approximately 470 students and 70 employees. Middle School is a time of change in the developmental process for these students. The Middle School Concept was introduced in the District over 20 years ago. The mission has been to provide an atmosphere of learning for young adolescents. This Middle School Concept parallels what the District Mission has strived to provide for years and years. The middle school creates an environment which provides a transitional education experience, emphasizing basic education, exploratory experiences and opportunities for social development. The focus in the Middle School is to guide, inspire and care for all students. All students will achieve at West Delaware.
