Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Many students feel embarrassed or ashamed to ask for help with their depression or other mental health concerns. But many of these experiences are normal and treatable. You don’t have to deal with it alone.

Earth Day Photo Contest is up in the hallway. Voting will be open tomorrow and Wednesday. Students are allowed to vote one time and not vote for their own photography. Next year’s theme is going to be “All About Iowa.” If it has anything to do with the state of Iowa, it is a photo you can enter in the contest. Remember…take photos this summer!
