Thursday’s lunch is:


Grilled chicken patty, seasoned noodles, green beans, romaine salad with light ranch, grapes or strawberries, rice krispie treat, and milk.




Tomorrow there will be a high of 53 and low of 40 with the forecast showing there is a chance of rain.




The week of May 1st –May 5th we will be having Spirit Week.

Monday: Favorite Character Day

Tuesday: Versus Day (Cubs/Cards, ISU/Iowa, Batman/Joker, Mario/Bowser)

Wednesday: Backwards Day

Thursday: Fashion Disaster Day

Friday: Hawk Pride Day (bandannas w/black and orange in it okay on your head only for this day)

***Remember you still must follow school rules.

Take a nap. If you have the time during the day, a short nap can do wonders for your energy levels. Just make sure not to nap too close to bedtime or for too long, and a nap will do your body good.
