Tomorrow’s lunch is:


Walking cheeseburger, cherry tomatoes, corn, orange or applesauce cup, milk.




Tomorrow there will be a high of 45 and a low of 32 and the forecast shows it will be windy with a chance of showers in the afternoon.




Tuesday, March 22nd at 7:30pm—Mandatory softball meeting in Mr. Coates room at the High School  for girls in grades 8-12 interested in playing softball this summer.

4th Quarter KWN Staff will start reporting Monday, March 21st. Please report to your homeroom or 1st hour class for attendance then come to the Media Center by 8:00am. Bring our first hour materials with you as you will tape and go directly to your 1st hour class. The 4th Quarter students are:

Earth Day Photo contest entries are due to Mrs. Neil by May 1st. Email up to five entries to Mrs. Neil. Prizes for the top 3.


Reminder 7th & 8th Grade Boys Track Practice begins Thursday-March 17th after school from 3:15 to 5:15. Dress for winter, sweat tops and bottoms with running shoes.


Yearbooks are on sale orders are due to the office by Friday at the end of the day. This year you have a choice of a color yearbook for $14.00 or black and white for $11.00. Turn orders into the office or your homeroom teacher with payment.


Attention 8th Grade Students:

Driver’s Education Registration Forms are available outside the Middle School Office.  These forms need to be turned into the High School Office no later than March 25th.

Ask a friend to go for a jog or plug into your mp3 player and go it alone with your favorite music. Whatever it takes, get moving.


Fun Fact:


Saint Patrick was British! Although he made his mark by introducing Christianity to Ireland in the year 432, Patrick wasn’t Irish himself. He was born to Roman parents in Scotland or Wales in the late fourth century.
