Giving Students a Voice
Would you like to have your voice heard? We are looking for responsible 5th-8th grade students who want to become a part of the WDEY team to assist in giving students a voice within our school.
The WDEY team will help to plan activities at school, lead class meeting activities, and work to help improve the Hawk Pride at WDMS.
If you are interested in being a WDEY team member, please let your homeroom teacher know by Friday, September 23rd. If you have questions, please see Mrs. Soppe.
No activities today.
Protein shakes, protein bars…protein is in many of the new products. Our bodies need it to build and repair our muscle tissue but we don’t need to get fancy with it. Lean hamburger, turkey, chicken, fish, baked beans all provide great protein. Just go lean on protein.
A 1.5 oz. milk chocolate bar has only 220 calories, where as a 1.75 serving of potato chips has 230 calories.
